Judy is entering
into her 12th production with Christchurch Gilbert &
Sullivan Society. Last year she played the role of Leila
in Iolanthe. In our production of Thespis,
she portrayed the enigmatic Sparkion - a role which
required her to act as a man! She has also performed as
Edith in The Pirates Of Penzance. As a member of
Milton Musical Society Judy was the eldest daughter
Tzeitel in Fiddler On The Roof and Carrie in Carousel.
With spots and pigtails she carried the part of Gretel in
The White Horse Inn. Judy's
other life revolves around a health clinic which she
helps run with her husband David Broom. The clinic offers
Allergy Testing, Kirlian Photography, Aromatherapy and
Nutritional advice, with heavy emphasis on promoting
vitamins and minerals in colloidal form and non-toxic and
non-carcinogenic personal care products.
